I was referred to Mr. Ketchersid from my title company. I live out of state and the earliest he could speak to me was a week out. Since he was recommended, I was willing to wait. A week later and literally three minutes before our scheduled phone call, I get a phone call from his assistant. They want my credit card number to bill me for the introductory call. I've worked in real estate my entire career and deal with attorneys on a weekly basis. Not once have I or a client been ever asked to pay for an introductory call. Nevertheless, if Mr. Ketershid wants to get paid to introduce himself, that's his prerogative. However, that should have been explained to me on my first call to his office. Further, they had a week to gather all my information so Mr. Ketchersid could make an informed call. They didn't do that either.
Mr. Ketchersid orchestrated a brilliant defense on my behalf and prevailed. Who could ask for more.
