I recommend Mr. Haught and his team to anyone needing guidance and someone to represent you. The are always willing to answer any questions you may have! Because there allot of paperwork to file to begin with! They are there all the way to the end! And We won my case for disability.

Mr. Haught and his staff are the best. I was online looking for a lawyer and I came across him. That was the best choice I could've ever chosen. Mr. Haught got me my disability it only took a year and half. I will ever be thankful. So I would recommend Mr. Haught and his staff anytime.

Do not hire this attorney for your SS disability claim. I hired based on 5 star review 18 months ago. I've heard from his firm ONCE. Never did anyone call for follow up to see how things were going until just today. I seriously have not heard from them since I filed. I've never even spoken to the actual attorney and up to this point, I don't know if he even exists. When the paralegal called today, I expressed to her that there had been no contact by anyone in over a year. No apology. U R Fired.

I did the work/paperwork and he got 25% for doing nothing. He told me,"I guarantee you will not get disability on the first try!" I filed my paperwork and in less than a month I had my check, along with back pay. I had to call him and tell him I was approved and had a check.
