Hired Attorney

Working with this attorney is a total disappointment. I have a partner embezzlement case. He is too soft, weak and possess poor bargaining skills towards the other party who wronged us. After 2 months of negotiation, he agrees to give away a prized equipment in exchange for something we badly need just to be obtained much later which in the end, we never get. We parted in a very unhappy way after he accused me the client for approving of something I strongly oppose from the beginning. By the way, instead of being apologetic, we were told twice they want to terminate us. That is quite rude and unprofessional after what they did to us.
