Hired Attorney

Nancy exhibits just the right mix of empathy and efficiency. I especially appreciated her willingness to answer questions before, during and after my filing. In addition, she was extremely thorough. Other petitioners had their hearing immediately before me as I awaited my turn and almost all of them had questions arise about their cases because their attorney had not filled our the paperwork completely or had not provided all necessary documentation. NONE of Nancy's clients had this problem.

Hired Attorney

Very poor and inaccurate service. Listed a debt that had been forgiven as a current debt for repayment. Incorrectly listed another debt as well. No free consult. Worst legal experience ever.

I'm sorry you feel you deserved hours of free service, despite our retainer agreement. I provide hundreds of hours of free services each year to clients who legitimately need it. You are mistaken about the legal nature of debts and when they are discharged
