rarely write reviews, but my experience with Frank Hurley was frustrating enough that I feel obligated to share it so others can make informed decisions. From the start, the level of engagement felt extremely low. Communication was inconsistent, responses were often brief or delayed, and there was little sense of urgency or strategic direction. Instead of feeling represented, I often felt like I was navigating the legal process alone while my attorney simply occupied a seat at the table. There was a noticeable lack of preparation and enthusiasm for the case. Important questions seemed to receive surface-level attention, and discussions about strategy felt minimal or reactive rather than thoughtful or proactive. At times, it gave the impression that my situation was just another file to move along rather than a matter requiring genuine advocacy. A PISS POOR LAWYER. He clearly could not care in the slightest about his client. It is not of any importance to him to meet with let alone defend the case he’s been assigned. He is rude, condescending and overall unprofessional and unbearable. Do not expect him to do ANYTHING you ask because expecting a proper defense or for him to know anything about your case is just simply too much to ask. He is utterly USELESS and frankly, you’d probably have a better chance hiring a rock.

This attorney was given to me as a paid public defender he then did not file any motions that which I asked for. Nor did ge have any enthusiasm ti even represent me. I explained my situation to this attorney and he told me to just plead guilty to a felony charge when i was charged with a misdemeanor offinse. I told him that I was innocent then ge tild ne that no jury would believe me. And that I should just plead guilty very unsatisfied. Very unprofessional attorney. I have never had an attorney that would try and pressure their clients into pleading guilty to a higher offinse than wgat they originally where charged with. Not recommended what so ever..
