This person refused to communicate with us after being appointed as receiver for our company. Morse paid himself without even giving us an itemized bill and he did not pay the company bills (ex. Electric) or taxes so our land went up for tax sale. He then charged us the penalty for his oversight. This man never legally filed with the courts for receivership and we found out when the city purchased part of our property and he did not exist in any paperwork for the company he is supposed to be overseeing. He lied under oath several times and he is a racist. David Morse not only was recorded saying derogatory things to me as a woman. He also did it in writing. He was punished by the disciplinary board for taking clients' funds for personal payment instead filing their appeal and paying the court reporter. Do not trust this guy. He is the poster child for dishonesty. I also would question his credentials due to his general lack of knowledge in Iowa law and his refusal to follow it.
