I have only good things to say about Ms. Eichman. She is prompt, efficient, and focuses on each client independently and subjectively. Recommend, recommend!
Carmen and I didn’t get along a lot of the times and I was very upset with her on how long the process was taking and wasn’t always the nicest to her but to see her in action during trial amazed me. She knows what she is doing and does her very best for her clients even if you don’t think she is. She stuck by me for the two years it took to go to trial and I hope I’m correct in saying she won our case. Still need Judge’s order but from my point of view she buries the other attorney was light years ahead of him and knew exactly what she was doing. I would highly recommend her.
Impossible to contact through phone or e-mail. Does not return communications for either type of contact. Is not available for counsel, questions, or information about a case. Very unprofessional (and unethical). Will be contacting Better Business Bureau as well.
I have been asking Carman for two years to send me a bill and all she did was keep 17,000.00 that is in her trust but never gave me a bill.
Eichmann is unethical, unprofessional, and lacks the ethical conduct demanded of her "profession". She would agree to conditions and terms under preliminary actions, only to turn around and breach the terms and take additional actions, only to cause grief and further damages. Euchmann knowingly submitted exculpatory evidence, claiming it was not exculpatory, being intentionally duplicitous. The amount of false and misleading evidence submitted under the color of law was criminal. Eichmann used her connections to have other third-party agencies (FBI) and officials become involved in a case to maliciously pursue prosecution she knowingly knew was false. She filed redundant and or frivolous filings with the court for the sole purpose of churning money for her billable hours. In one case, she submitted fees over $100,000 in a statutory divorce decree case that had no real estate involved. She harassed coerced and tampered with the children involved in a custody case.
