Babich Sarcone Attorneys at Law is a law firm established in 1977 with an office in Des Moines, IA. At this office location, there are 9 lawyers practicing family law, divorce, juvenile law and 7 other areas of law.
Brilliant lawyers, amazing staff, courteous, caring. I have used them twice, divorce and family law ( custody). Do not hire any other attorney until you speak with them. This is the best law firm in the state of Iowa.
Excellent attorney. I was not wanting only what I was due having not been at fault with the accident and suffering all the damages to myself and the loss of my care. Joe put together with he and superior staff. We won fairly and I was elated with the outcome.
Excellent attorney. Guided me through making my own severance package and didn't charge me a penny because I was able to resolve it to my own satisfaction. Unreal that there are still people that have a heart in this world!

Sloppy work. No attention to detail.
This review is for Cory Mc Clure. He accepted to help me with a contested item in a divorce. For six months, I tried to get him to move on the item and contacted his office many times without any reply. After six months, I went to a different attorney willing to help.
It would be in your interest to over look Tyler Coe. He claims to "dedicate support, quality representation, and high priority you deserve" but will talk bad about clients behind closed doors...or emails with his assistant that the client accidentally gets included in. This Shows how "compassionate" him and his team can be. He seems to be be a money hungry attorney who is nasty to his clients who talks badly about his paying clients. hopefully the insult made him realize how disrespectful he is.
I left a message on Katie's voicemail on Nov. 5th. She never returned my call...had her secretary call me...on NOV. 18th!!
I gotta be honest , I hate this guy with a passion. He charged me 10k and did basically nothing to help me. I know a lot of people that have bad things to say about him in the Des Moines legal community.
