All In the Heir's Opinion. Joe Tropiano was hired/appointed by the judge, on or about 6/21/24, to remove our Probate Case out of NH completely, after 2+ years in NH Probate, and move the case to FL, or at least claim FL has jurisdiction. This is contrary to facts, as the deceased did not own RE in any other state besides NH for the prior 5 years, and didn't own RE in FL for the prior 15 years. Joe was hired to do this job, and is doing it. Joe IMHO is rude, has a 'superior than thou' attitude, has no idea or interest in being an estate Admin, and we have had to file several Contempt and Irresponsibility filings vs him too. These will go unheard/unruled as it is the judge who is behind this. By numerous circumstances, the judge gave Joe Immunity too, which is why Joe will never be held responsible. He ought to be FINED, not awared Fees. Joe overall is part of the legal system of corruption in NH of which Probate has a reputation for THEFT. I learned this 2 years ago.
This man is a theif he was assigned to me so understand I never hired him my father passed away my children and I were subjected to abuse from my family and they stole money out of my father's account this man was supposed to protect me during this time he didn't respond to emails or messages and then decided to finish stealing what my father had left us over 500,000 in frivolous charges and making up on his little items lost the same charges for only one bank check 4 times 400 trip to bank around Conor of court house he broke 4 out of 6 major rules with bar and is currently being reported this lawyer is as crooked as they make them do not hire him he will rob you blind
This man has neglected to provide timely service and to communicate with his client, my friend. As a direct result of his neglect she is experiencing a medical crisis. He appears to care more about his social media activities (per my friend) than his job. I am unable to recommend.
