Germaine & Blaszka, P.A. is a premier law firm of experienced attorneys committed to assisting individuals and businesses in resolving their legal issues promptly and affordably.

The Law Offices of Germaine & Blaszka, P.A. was first established on July 11, 1995. The firm originated from the law firm formerly known as Korbey and Germaine, P.A. Attorney John A. Korbey left the firm in 1995 after being named as the Justice of the Salem District Court. After Attorney Korbey's departure, Attorney Germaine continued the practice at 23 Birch Street. Attorney Germaine has been an attorney for over twenty years, and concentrates his practice in the areas of family law, business formation and transactions, real estate, planning and zoning, probate, wills trusts and estates and general civil litigation. In 2003, the firm merged with the firm of Grinnell and Bureau, Derry's oldest law firm. At that time, Attorney Roland Morneau and Attorney Edward Bureau became affiliated with the firm. Attorney Bureau and Attorney Morneau retired on August 4, 2011. Attorney Donald Blaszka has been with the firm since 2008. Attorney Blaszka is a former prosecutor with the Rockingham County Attorney's office. Attorney Blaszka concentrates his practice exclusively in the areas of criminal law, motor vehicle law and DWI. Attorney Blaszka is well known throughout New Hampshire as a knowledgeable and aggressive defense attorney. In December 2010, Philip Kalil joined the firm. Attorney Kalil comes to the firm from the Law Offices of Mark Stevens, in Salem, NH. Attorney Kalil is a highly regarded and skilled litigator with his practice focusing in the areas of criminal defense matters, particularly representation of clients charged with driving while intoxicated and other related motor vehicle offenses.

Don was referred to me by a mutual friend and I couldn't be more grateful for her. From my first meeting to the very end, Don made me feel safe and taken care of. There is often a lot of anxiety when you are dealing with such experiences as a DUI, and I couldn't have asked for a better attorney by my side. What I especially appreciated was his prompt and professional responses but also his empathy. He cares for clients and it shows. It isn't just business to him. Most importantly, Don is very skilled in what he does. It is apparent. He will take care of the issue and do his best to get the very best outcome possible. And, he did for me and on MORE than one occasion. I couldn't be more grateful for him. He made a really scary experience that much easier to handle. HIGHLY recommend to anyone in MA or NH without hesitation. Thank you again Don.

Hired Law Firm

They never returned phone calls. They did nothing literally on our case. We had to request documents be returned after 3 months of inaction.
