Well focused on the items at hand, understanding of real estate and building departments policies were great.
Unfortunately we had very poor experience dealing with this attorney. There was a lack of professionalism, and a seeming unwillingness to pay attention to detail. I cannot recommend him and would suggest you search elsewhere for help.
These guys are the definition of the swamp. The make alot of claims with their past cases and then do nothing but talk. Big talk and no action should be their firm name, it would be more accurate. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else.
