Zubin Chadha is an experienced litigator concentrating his practice on commercial construction, real property, and general contract disputes. Drawing on his experience as a state court of appeals clerk, he approaches litigation with a nuanced understanding of judicial reasoning, channeling proven strategies and arguments at every stage of briefing and at trial. He brings valuable insight in regulatory law and public administration as a former clerk with both the United States Environmental Protection Agency and the Attorney General for the District of Columbia, and from previously working in various government roles and on a congressional campaign. Zubin currently serves as lead counsel for a wide range of clients in complex litigation, including contract, tort, and statutory claims in both federal and state courts, as well as in arbitration and mediation.
Zubin received his JD from the George Washington University Law School. While attending law school, Zubin was a Managing Editor of the Journal of Energy and Environmental Law, Senior Articles Editor of the Energy Bar Association’s Quarterly Brief, and studied abroad at the University of Oxford, where he earned top marks in his international humanitarian law program.
Outside of work, Zubin can be found hiking, snowboarding, or at a Denver Broncos game. He is an avid traveler, having been to nearly 40 countries, and is conversational in Spanish and French.
