About William R. Rapson

Bill Rapson’s practice focuses primarily on litigation and arbitration matters and includes securities work, insurance matters, and a wide variety of other kinds of cases, including representation of both plaintiffs and defendants. He brings decades of wisdom to assist his clients in a career that started at Stanford Law School and has included service as Chief Trial Deputy in the Denver District Attorney’s Office. His practice ranges from small traffic matters to major civil and criminal matters and is very broad in scope.After graduation from college with cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa honors Bill attended Stanford Law School and served on the Stanford Law Review. The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
