About Todd R. Seelman

Todd R. Seelman is the Managing Partner of the Denver office of Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP, a 1,200-attorney national firm, and he is the nation-wide chair of the firm's Antitrust and Competition practice and the Government Investigations practice. Todd practices in the areas of antitrust and competition law, securities, employment law, banking, breach of contract matters, and financial fraud matters. Todd also serves as an adjunct professor of antitrust law at the Sturm College of Law at Denver University.  Todd is the past Chair of the Colorado Bar Association's Antitrust Section.  He is rated AV-Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell, is rated as a Super Lawyer for Antitrust and Securities Litigation, is rated a Top Antitrust Lawyer by 5280 Magazine, and rated Barrister's Best Antitrust Lawyers by Law Week Colorado.

As an in-house attorney, the pressure is on when the “anti-trust” card gets pulled. Todd was a steadying force in the matter, pushing hard for results while respecting the needs of my executive team. I hope not to need him again, but I have his cell saved in the event I do. He will be my first call.

Todd Seelman is a superior litigation attorney. My federal court case lasted over 3 years before it was settled on the eve of trial. Todd led the legal team and they won almost every single motion, including the exclusion of the other side's damage expert. I have nothing but the utmost respect for Todd and his professionally-honed abilities. I couldn't give a higher recommendation to someone looking for a very tough, smart, experienced litigation attorney.
