Tim joined CGH in 2025. Tim first started working in plaintiffs personal injury in 2013, and has been practicing law as a plaintiff’s personal injury attorney since 2017. In addition to plaintiff’s personal injury (both pre-litigation and litigation), Tim’s practice areas have also included criminal defense, general civil litigation matters, and liquor licensing.
During law school, Tim discovered a passion for trial advocacy. He competed in several trial competitions and was a member of Sturm College of Law’s National Trial Team. He is the winner of a Best Advocate Award and a Finalist at the 2017 McGeorge School of Law National Ethics Competition.
Since law school, Tim has gained invaluable experience representing clients in both civil and criminal courts. Tim provides zealous advocacy for his clients, and he has helped countless clients secure positive and equitable results. The most rewarding part of the practice for Tim is helping clients navigate the complicated justice system and assisting people through what is often the most trying time in their lives.
A Colorado Native, Tim enjoys spending time in the Rocky Mountains with his wife and two children, he is an avid hometown sports fan, and he finds great pride in helping the people of Colorado.
