I approached Garth with some contract negotiation work and it was the best decision I could have made. He helped me understand my non-compete, the likelihood of it being binding, and also if my employer would think it was binding. He helped me navigate negotiations with my new employer. In the beginning of negotiations it was much less beneficial to me. By the end of the negotiations I was told that my attorney is very thorough and I felt much more comfortable signing the contract.
