Robert is a pre-litigation attorney at Ramos Law. He has been licensed to practice law in Colorado since 2021, and he has been a personal injury attorney at Ramos Law since 2024.
Robert will tell you that he has been destined to be a personal injury attorney since he was a kid. When he was just 6 years old, Robert’s mother was tragically killed in a car accident caused by a commercial vehicle. Robert’s family hired an attorney to help them through that extremely difficult time, and that attorney acquired a settlement that ultimately allowed Robert to go to law school and changed the course of Robert’s life. Now, Robert works as a personal injury attorney so that he can help people in the same way that he and his family were helped when he was a child.
Robert grew up in the small town of Eaton, Colorado, where he graduated high school in 2012. He then received his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Colorado State University in 2016 (go Rams!), and he graduated from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, in 2020. Since graduating from law school, Robert worked at the El Paso County District Attorney’s office as a prosecutor, and he has now found his home as a personal injury attorney at Ramos Law.
In his spare time, Robert enjoys spending time with his wife and son, playing and watching sports (especially Colorado sports teams), and finding new restaurants and eateries to enjoy.
