Review - Richard Chanzit Review Richard’s communication skills are severely lacking. His written responses often come across as petulant, unprofessional, and self-serving, which starkly contrasts with his demeanor in face-to-face interactions, of which there will be few. His disorganization is evident, as he frequently ignores or misses requested edits, requiring repeated follow-ups. Furthermore, he consistently responds late, and despite making verbal commitments to both my Realtor and me, he repeatedly failed to honor them through delay or neglect. This caused significant disruptions, almost jeopardizing the sale of our home. These actions reflect a glaring lack of professional integrity. Richard’s default response is to find fault in others before reflecting on his own actions. Instead of taking responsibility, he seems more inclined to shift blame, which further undermines his professionalism.
