Hired Attorney Richard Kornfeld

There firm was very informed of the law. They handled matters that most law firms could not and understood that finances were an issue.

In my experience, the attorneys used nearly all of my very high retainer for reviewing evidence, court filing, and quickly attending court once and I still didn't get the outcome that I had hoped for. I don't know what it would have cost if I decided to actually fight the restraining order against my abusive ex, but I'm guessing more than double the retainer. I was humiliated in the process and regret ever trying to defend myself or hire an attorney to just tell me that I should just withdraw my case against my ex. The attorneys were friendly as I'm sure most are, but I would not recommend. I have PTSD from my experience with my ex and this whole process with the lawyers and court triggered it immensely. If you want to spend an obscene amount of money to simply back out of a case then go for it. Otherwise, spend your money more wisely. I wish that I did.
