Rebecca Nicole is Of Counsel in the Denver office of Hall Booth Smith, P.C., where she focuses her litigation practice on medical negligence and construction defects claims. With over 15 years of experience as a defense attorney, she has represented providers, hospitals, insurers and pharmaceutical companies in high-stakes litigation and FDA regulatory compliance cases. Early in her career, she gained extensive experience supporting life sciences clients in products liability actions synthesizing clinical trial data and adverse event warnings and preparing cardiology and nephrology experts across the country. Rebecca is also skilled at handling complex commercial cases involving employment, insurance and intellectual property disputes. She is licensed in Colorado and Arizona.
In addition to her private practice work, Rebecca is also involved in pro bono advocacy and community service. She has served as a court-appointed Guardian ad Litem representing minors’ best interests in restraining order and divorce proceedings and received national recognition by the American Bar Association winning its Pro Bono Publico Award for her child advocacy work.
Rebecca earned her J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts degree in French from the University of Arizona and holds a Certificate of International Studies from Tulane University after studying in Paris, France.
