Garth was the first to respond when I reached out to find represtation after my husband passed without a will. He was very knowledgeable and explained the process in terms that I could grasp. My sister died unexpectedly without a valid notarized will and I needed someone to help me with probate in the city and county of Denver. Garth responded to my help request within 15 minutes. I learned alot about the probate process from Garth and then used him to revise my will and power of attorney and medical forms and create a trust so I could spare my personal representative the hassle of probate.

I approached Garth with some contract negotiation work and it was the best decision I could have made. He helped me understand my non-compete, the likelihood of it being binding, and also if my employer would think it was binding. He helped me navigate negotiations with my new employer. In the beginning of negotiations it was much less beneficial to me. By the end of the negotiations I was told that my attorney is very thorough and I felt much more comfortable signing the contract. Garth provided a good template/checklist for us to work on and was cooperative on suggestions that we had. We were able to go over several draft/update ideas so that our face to face meeting went smooth for the sign offs.
