I was recently accused of a sexual crime I did not commit. Through the process I was guided with realistic procedures and processes in how everything would or could unfold…let’s just say everything has been not only dropped but expunged from the record. I just want to say thank you! And I can only do that by recommending more people to your services!

Hired Attorney Marshall Breit

Marshall Breit saved my son who felt extremely depressed due to a crime he committed that he wasn’t able to have sealed after probation. I called several attorneys who gave me no hope, but Marshall had multiple creative ideas. Over the past year, Marshall effectively handled many seemingly impossible obstacles and setbacks. I can not exaggerate his brilliance, tenacity and knowledge of the law. We got the best possible outcome against all odds...a sealed record. Marshall has an unusually empathetic nature and an intense desire to get the best possible result, his goal was to give my son a future he could live with. Marshall is particularly talented in collaborating with others. He successfully worked with the DA, our previous lawyer, court clerks, police departments and probation officers. It was his ability to think outside the box, establish good relationships in/out of the court room and most significantly, his superb negotiating skills that ultimately won the case.

Patrick is in a class of his own as far as lawyers go. He puts forth a genuine effort and I was very happy with the outcome of my court proceedings. Better than I could have hoped for. Thanks Patrick!

Hired Attorney Patrick Mulligan

This lawyer misrepresented his contract agreement with a DOC inmate by requesting a third party to sign it on the inmate's behalf. Third party ("go-between) never agreed to be responsible for legal fees - it was between he and his client. Mulligan did well on the 35C Motion (not hard to do in this case). Legal fees compounded, way beyond the initial agreement of $10,000 max- this was clearly understood. Mulligan threatened to withdraw at a critical point - wanting payment. He resorted to freezing the bank accounts of the third party and taking what his client had been charged. Ruthless, insulting, threatening behavior, conniving and unethical - and he got away with it.
