I was assigned an attorney with the firm that was "fired" as my case was being closed. I received minimal compensation for injuries and was told that was all that they could do. Mr. Sawaya did apologize and concur that the attorney assigned to my case was sub-standard.
Disorganized, nasty, non-communicative and just plain rude is how I would characterize the staff of his law firm. The commercials are just hype. I've been ignored, insulted and ridiculed. 3 days after I hired them, they called me for my 45 day follow up. I still hadn't even seen anyone there and I still haven't. BEWARE. I am so sorry I hired this firm.
