Mike has practiced as a civil litigator and trial attorney for nearly fifteen years. Mike’s cases have spanned a variety of different commercial matters, including business divorces/corporate disputes, breach of contract, fraud, insurance bad faith, construction defects, real estate disputes, professional malpractice, and complex collections involving fraudulent transfers and piercing the corporate veil.
