About Kristin Dittus, JD, LLM

I enjoy working with anyone who needs an estate plan. My clients include those with complex assets who are concerned about wealth preservation and minimizing taxes, young families getting started who want to name guardians and mature clients who want to get their affairs in order or may be concerned about the costs of long term care. I completed my LL.M. in Tax in 2010 to better serve clients with complex estates and opened my own firm in 2013 after practicing under highly accomplished mentors.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
