She clearly guided us every step of the way, so instead of facing a difficult and emotional process, we were able to smoothly transition all of our assets and finally get peace of mind. We were very over due in updating our will and then we heard about Wills & Wellness and decided to stop procrastinating. Kim Ruddell was so warm and welcoming and her exceptional listening skills made us feel as if we were discussing our feelings with a dear friend and not a stranger. She explained everything so clearly and thoroughly that we left with no questions. It was a very positive experience and we feel so good about the planning we have done to care for our kids and grandkids.

When I approached Wills and Wellness, I was nervous about the process and was timid around sharing so much information about myself. The team made it so very comfortable and put me at ease. I now know my family is in good hands should anything happen to me. My confidence in Wills and Wellness could not be greater. I know a lot of people (myself included) procrastinate on this topic, however Wills & Wellness made the process really smooth. After going through the process, I am so glad we have this complete. There are a lot of issues that will harm your loved ones (and dependents if you have them) if you do not have an estate plan in place. I would also caution doing a one size fits all/online will as you surely won't have all of your scenarios covered. We had such a great experience with the W&W team
