Case: DHS founded finding appeal. Result: The finding was overturned. John won the case. I had an appeal of a DHS founded finding and John represented me. Over the course of several months John and I were in constant communication about the case. This communication was in the form of phone calls and meetings in his office where we were able to devise an approach and work towards overturning the DHS finding. John is highly versed with DHS cases and during his career even exposed biased determinations made by DHS. He explained the intimidation tactics often used by the government leading up to these hearings and assured me, he would be able to effectively litigate our case. I highly recommend John.
