When I was first served with my suit, I was terrified. I spent two weeks scrambling to find the perfect lawyer for my case, and a huge concern of mine was not being able to find the right one. I was fortunate enough to find Jeff, talk with him, and swiftly get the ball rolling on handling this case. Throughout the entire process, a common sentiment was, "We are so glad we have Jeff." That opinion still holds true now that the suit is finally over. He is incredibly smart, knowledgeable, and leverages years of experience to effectively apply it to your case. We couldn't have done it without Jeff!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Jeff hruby and his law firm! I was in the process of obtaining a lawyer and interviewed over 5 lawyers and Jeff was the perfect fit! He was not only understanding of my case but was also very helpful and guided me through the whole process. Jeff hruby was most definitely the best choice to deal with my legal matter and made sure that all of my rights protected and the case settled to make sure I am able to be home to take care of my family. After 8 months of fighting he did his job above and beyond, was very organized and knowledgeable. I know who I will be going to if for some unfortunate reason I need a lawyer it will definitely be through Jeff Hruby and his law firm as should you! Thank you Jeff for everything you gave back to me I wouldn’t be out having breakfast with my beautiful girlfriend with out all your hard work!

Jeff Hruby is more then competent he is exelent. He took me under his wing and made sure I followed the law and his instructions. He understood my concerns and fought for them! He is a fine man as well as a lawyer I was in the hands of an exelent peason who fought for me not just a paycheck. Verry affordable for the services he provided. 5 stars from me!

Hired Attorney J. David Hruby

Mr. Hruby was repeatedly unprepared for scheduled calls, could not open or understand a very basic spreadsheet, repeatedly required reminders of information provided to him in previous conversations, and material (apparently not in his notes) and refused to send a regular billing statement for 3 months until his services were terminated. Essentially, he found unproductive ways to burn up the retainer and additional fees without providing a modicum of results. Additionally, he was not knowledgeable of basic Colorado civil litigation case law or statutes he professed to know and have 30 years of experience with regarding Colorado lien’s, promissory estoppel or unjust enrichment, thus requiring him to redraft his complaint numerous times. His lack of preparation and follow-though demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and jeopardized my position as there was a time sensitive component to my case. I was forced to retain another firm to protect my interests.
