I had high hopes for Ms. Greer based upon her other reviews. I signed up with Ms. Greer in January of 2023, and repeatedly requested that she send out the Demand letters that would start the negotiations of my claims because I didn’t want to treat for the accidents anymore and wanted all of this behind me. Her office was provided with lists of the medical providers I saw and for the accidents in writing twice at the onset of our relationship and again over the phone 3 months ago. After 9 months of being represented by her my cases are no closer to settling. In fact, I now have 1 case in litigation and she can’t figure out if the defendant’s coverage defense is valid. The Statute of Limitations for the second case is up in August of 2024 and the Demand has not been prepared or sent to the carrier. She decided to change the terms of her representation and has withdrawn from my cases at a very crucial time. She deserves zero stars, but that’s not an option.
