I wish she was my attorney (who by the way was scared of her). This lady didn't miss a beat and everyone involved with the case did exactly what she wanted. She managed to make my son's father look like a saint which was a feat in itself. I feel blessed that she dropped him as a client because I never want to deal with her again.
My family is still suffering to this day (5 years later) because of Gina's unethical behavior. Her report was completely biased. There was even email from my child's mother that was accidentally sent to my attorney that said "thanks for helping me". Which she definitely did. After all the proof, recordings, text messages I should her were ignored and she just made me out to be a terrible person. She lied continuously throughout the report. Put in "facts" she made up and/or never even asked me about. If you care about seeing your kids stay far away.
Gina was assigned to our case by the court and if you do, good luck. To sum up what happened, she did as little work as possible, ignored calls and emails, and even based her report off of her opinion from the stores she heard from my ex instead of doing her job. She ignored emotional and physical abuse that the kids showed and instead said it was normal kid behavior that caused their constant bruises, scratches, black eyes, busted lips, etc. Everything in the report that made me sound like the "bad parent" she tried to portray me as could be disproved by simply looking at the parent records, police reports, recordings, texts, and anything else she should have taken the time to look over. Although she admitted in court this was all her opinion and it was not taken into account for our case, the issues it's caused outside of court are worse than ever before. If you have a choice, don't go with her. Until she understands that her lack of effort in doing her job affects people's lives, sh
