Hired Attorney

Mr. Schaefer's fee are exceptionally high for the little to no work that is done. If you are seeking his counsel for any reason on a low or fixed income he should be your last resort.

I agree what other reviews stated about Elwyn F. Schaefer. He charged very high but barely did any work. In addition, I got lots of threading and insultingly word from him.

He and his staff are rude. I was charged for services that I did not receive. His staff drafted one paragraph for me answered several emails and charged me over a thousand dollars. They are thieves! Look elsewhere if you really want honest service.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
