I contacted David and his team to assist me with a discrimination, wrongful termination, loss of benefits case. I had contacted the EEOC and was in the process of mediation when David came and helped me. He and his team were wonderful if it wasn't for him I may have lost. they were absolutely wonderful.

What I like and respect about this attorney is he will not lie to you or give you false hope. If he fills you have a case he will fight to the bitter end. If you don't have a winnable case he will tell you. He expects his clients to also be accountable and make all appointments and produce all information. He doesn't like his time wasted and will not waste yours. He worked very hard for me for several months for nothing. He worked on a contingency and was well worth everything

in my opinion his office AND billing methods are very sloppy. When inquiring about his methods he became very angry. I had a positive balance, to the best of my knowledge in his escrow account. I was out to look for a job and b/c I could not make an appointment, largely to discuss his "bill" whereby I desired to r/s my appointment, he terminated our engagement and LEFT ME HIGH AND DRY. He unprofessionally yells and constantly threatened me with termination of engagement.

No free initial consult - what he told me is useless The worst attorney’s offices get the most recommendations from other attorneys. Sarah Parady is One. Her receptionist said if I paid $250 for initial consult Parody would do a great job As it turned out there were several other people she met at the same time and she gave me a handout with totally useless Info. Never pay a consult U get Nadda A retainer has meaning and they take your case.
