Since the minute I contacted Charlie’s office he and his legal team have been nothing but amazing. On my initial call, they answered in the late evening and scheduled me in the very next day. I can’t thank Charlie and Danny enough for saving me from having charges on my record that would have ruined big parts of my life. I was charged with DUI and a refusal in December, and it felt like my life was over. Charlie found a serious hole in the police report with the officer messing up my express consent, and they were able to get my DMV charges dismissed!!! No license suspension, no interlock, no fines. Then for my court case, I was preparing myself for getting a DWAI since my bac came back as .07, but Charlie got me a deferred sentencing and judgement, so that if I complete my probation, it will not go on my record. I could breathe again!! My career is not destroyed. I will be able to go to my family’s place in Canada after probation is completed. Charlie saved me from so much heartache and career challenges.
