This firm was a disgusting waste of time. My attorney took a vacation and didn’t tell me. Every time I called the office looking for her they sent me to voicemail knowing she wasn’t going to be checking messages. I got a rude email saying she’s on vacation but couldn’t supply me contact information for anyone else in the office who can help me in the meantime with time sensitive events. They did nothing helpful for my case and told me to just sit and wait. And when I finally got fed up I left for another office (who won my case for a fraction of the cost) I got a bill scalping me and padding the bill for extra work. Stay far away!!
This firm is all about the money. Doug Jewell accepted a plea bargain around money without signature from his client and the firm turned around and tried to sue their client for the rest. Luckily, the court ruled if favor of the client. Unfortunately, when an official complaint was made, nothing was done. Watch out for this firm... they are good but they will get their money one way or another and put you through additional stress for it.
