Hired Attorney Drew Fein

I am a small-time landlord and hired Ms. Fein to draft up a lease for me for an unusual rental situation. I wasn't sure it would be worth paying a firm to do this kind of work as I could commonly find lease documents all over the web, but after working through the process with her, I have no regrets and find that my money was well-spent. She was productive and warm in our phone meetings, went well out of her way to explain the nuance of legal questions I had about my broader rental situation, and she gave me a lease that was articulate, strong and extremely accessible. I've used it with several tenants now and it has really supported my business. I highly recommend her.
