Not long after, she became a Partner and practicing attorney for a leading law firm in New Buffalo, Michigan, where she handled complex litigation cases, representing plaintiffs and defendants in certain cases. Her legal career also took her to Alaska for a few years and then to Colorado, where she currently lives and practices.
