I have been a client of ABBLaw for several years. From startups through final company sale. Lodex was a new startup-we met, never did they discuss pricing- but did agree they would help getting S-Corp formation complete ASAP. It took over 5 months for them to finally produce corporate documents. At one point I asked how much will this cost? Answer: $5,000. Three weeks later I got a bill for $8,600. They claimed they had "extra work". We finally had to print docs and execute without their help.
