Ms. Martinez was part of the Ogborn Mihm LLP trial team that obtained one of the largest legal malpractice jury verdicts in recent U.S. history, $12.8 million, against one of the nation's largest law firms. 910 Cattle Company v. Thomas A. Ellison, Esq.,
Stoel Rives, LLP, Case No. 100907407, Third District Court, Salt Lake County, Utah.

When a securities firm came to Anna about a contract dispute involving construction of a new day-trading website, Anna
her consultant uncovered facts that allowed her not only to recover all of her client's contract losses
attorney fees, but much more. The case settled for a confidential amount before trial.

When a distracted truck driver crashed his 18-wheeler into a traffic accident,
    severed her client's legs, Anna
Michael Mihm sued the trucking company,
recovered a policy-limits settlement for the client.

When an insurance company unreasonably refused to pay a young, terminally ill client's modest property theft claim,
the client tried to sue the insurer by himself, Anna stepped into the case
forced the insurance company to trial. After a four-day jury trial, the jury came back with a verdict in favor of
Anna's client many times more than the client's original claim. Chad Milosevich v. State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Co., Case No. 2008CV1698
