I had the privilege of serving as co-counsel with Mr. Felser in a commercial dispute involving but not limited to: contractor overbilling and defective or non-conforming work. With Mr. Felser's guidance, we were able to negotiate a very positive outcome for our client while avoiding a prolonged and expensive binding arbitration proceeding.
