Alyssa Little is a partner in Robinson & Henry’s Family Law practice who helps clients find thoughtful, workable solutions to some of their most personal legal challenges. She leads with compassion and empathy, but she is also practical—she won’t recommend an agreement that looks good on paper but won’t hold up in real life. Alyssa prioritizes mediation whenever possible and is known for her ability to keep cases moving toward amicable resolutions. When settlement isn’t achievable, she draws on substantial trial experience to advocate for fair results in court. Her commitment to high-quality representation has earned recognition from Super Lawyers® and Best Lawyers®. Alyssa’s legal path began with an internship in Dublin, Ireland, and she has focused exclusively on family law since 2014. Before moving to Colorado, she clerked in the Criminal Division of the Clackamas County District Attorney’s Office in Oregon, where she prosecuted misdemeanor cases and represented the state in civil commitment hearings. Today, she uses that background—especially crisis communication and evidence evaluation—to support clients navigating high-conflict dynamics. Outside of work, Alyssa enjoys cooking, traveling, reality TV, and spending time outdoors with her husband, son, and dog.
