If only Ms. Smits would treat her own family the way she treated mine...... just terrible. She has caused serious damage to my family and placed my children in a dangerous situation. Despite repeated domestic violence arrests after the court order was issued, Smits didn't have the balls or courage to do what was right and fight for the safety stability and security of the children.
Truly awful, as other have also reported here. This attorney only escalated conflict, costs, and was an impediment to settlement. She presents herself as a collaborative attorney, yet was just the opposite, putting no effort into reaching a resolution. Do not hire!
