My mother is seeking a new attorney in the 11th hour. Colorado bar referred me to Mr. Moore. He responded within in 20 min. Mr. Moore stated he had a 5 PM appointment and would reach back directly after. He had been on the conf call with us for over and hour. He called back and stated his meeting was postponed. We spoke at least another hour or more. Today we spoke another hour plus. All of this information without a contract or retainer in place. For the record, he is having surgery and is unable to accept her case. He did accept the case if we got the motion to continue approved, or record of attorney was to withdrawl. I am not sure about his court room bedside manner or winning of a case, but if he is anything like he is on the phone I can bet he will chew up the opposing side. He is very forward, very direct, very clear and I most definately found that he stood out like a star in the sky vs his peers. I spoke to 11 attorneys in 72 hours. He would be who I picked!
I used Adam Moore's unbundled services for a divorce that I am going through. It has been an exceptionally stressful situation and every interaction I had with Adam, aside from our initial consult, was awful. He constantly interrupted me during our calls, repeated information over and over while charging $400 an hour. It certainly felt like he was actively wasting time on these calls. Additionally, he would call me on private number and then bill these unsolicited calls. Just take caution if you are thinking of using his unbundled services, they are certainly not worth the money. I certainly don't enjoy writing negative reviews but after doing all the work myself, such as organizing exhibits and filing motions ect. I feel like it's been such a slap in the face to pay $1200 for advice that I could have easily googled.
