Was totally unprepared at the mediation;kept asking his assistant for this or that,and it was left at the office.At the end of the mediation we declined the offer and agreed on taking it to court.Eight months later I get a call from Sawko that the Trucking Co. had a counter offer.It was less than what I walked out on at the mediation.Sawko denied it was less.Time and time again he would deny statements he made in the past.Felt like he was not working for me,just wanted to get it over with.
Failed time and time again to follow through, was totally unprepared at the mediation, and month later denied our agreement to go to court. Just wanted to close the case the easy way and get his money rather than working for the client.
