I hired Mrs. Hoffman to do a small probate for my mother estate in 2017 and paid for services up front as requested $1750.00. Within a month it started getting harder to get her to respond to calls, text or emails. We would finally hear from her and then nothing again. Finally was sworn in court to be the executor of the will Feb 2018 and we thought we would get something going. We reported the estimated amount of the estate to her and then communication was cut off and no word from her in regards to some of the other items we needed her to take care of. I reached out to her several times and noticed she closed her office a year later. I emailed and called her to return my mother's will book and any of the court probate paperwork with no response. We never even received a letter or email that she was done with the probate. Completely unprofessional and she should not be practicing law if she can't follow through with her clients in a professional & timely manner. BEWARE!
