Hired Attorney

I went to trial with Nathan Miller as my attorney for resisting arrest a few years ago. The definition of resisting is using force against the officer. The officer got on the stand and stated that I had not used force against him. Nathan did not move to dismiss the case or provide any defense at all. I fired him right there during my trial. The judge continued with the trial and I got sentenced to 90 days because of Nathan's failure to defend me.
