ason Van Dyke has over sixteen years of experience as general counsel for factoring companies, commercial debt collection agencies, and credit repair companies, focusing on business-to-business debt collection and using receiverships to collect Texas judgments. He maintains professional relationships with several collection agencies, serving their clients exclusively in Texas. While primarily known for his civil practice, Jason has also practiced criminal defense throughout his career and currently serves as lead counsel for all felony cases accepted by his firm, as well as juvenile cases in Wise, Jack, Parker, Montague, and Young Counties. A strong constitutionalist and conservative, Jason has gained recognition for representing the “dissident right,” advocating for First and Second Amendment rights. He is particularly concerned with protecting the rights of individuals with non-mainstream views to speak, assemble, and petition peacefully.
Outside of law, Jason is an avid shooter, hunter, and instructor, certified by the NRA and the Ultimate Waterfowlers Challenge. He is a member of several hunting and shooting organizations and holds a brown belt in both Brazilian jiu-jitsu and judo. Jason graduated from the University of Dallas and Stetson University College of Law, earning his Juris Doctor in 2006.
