Bryan and his wife Debbie where EVERYTHING I could have asked for and more during our cps case. He got us everything I wanted and QUICKLY. He's rough, loud, straight to the point, and WISE. He may have hurt my sensitive feelings a time or 2 but he knows what he is doing. He is there for YOU! Will be using him for my divorce.

Mr. Buchanan was wonderful with our multiple cases involving my childs custody, and my wifes childrens custody (blended family). He was firm, fair, consistent, and most of all, he was genuine. He was able to see a bigger part of the big picture I couldn't see, and my family is forever grateful to him and his lovely paralegal. He helped us grow so much during our many years with him representing us. He is the only one I trust, knowing he has my families best interests at heart.

Hired Attorney Bryan K. Buchanan

I've hired Mr. Buchanan twice now for my legal needs. He's very stern, straight to the point but will work very hard to get the job done. Can be very intimidating at times but he knows what to do and what is best for you! would highly hire in again in the future and will recommend him to all friends and family. His staff is very courteous, loving, and supportive!

I've had the need for Bryan Buchanan's service on a number of occasions. He will get the job done. He was a Judge, that says a great deal to me. He's been in the business a long time, knows and understands the law. I have used him as my one and only attorney since 2001. He has not only taken care of several criminal charges and a couple family related issues as well. If you need a good, knowledgeable lawyer, HE IS ONE OF THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS!!!!

Mr. Buchanan was very responsible with the information of the child. To protect his identity and privacy he was able to get our case in front of the Judge early in the day when the court room was not full of people.

Saw this guy in court and it was unbelievable how he was treating his own client. He couldn’t even present evidence correctly and would speak over his client as well. Heard from multiple associates that he harasses women as well. Never worked with him but just what from I’ve seen, I felt the need to leave some kind of warning!!
