12 years ago I met Peter and I joked to him I hope I never have to hire him. Then it happened years later I needed to hire him. Peter didn’t remember me 11 years later but I remembered him because of how passionate he spoke about defending his clients. I had evidence that was downright planted against me. I was in surgery when one incident took place it was so frustrating the police did not do their job. I was facing 10+ years in jail and refused to take a plea for something I did not do. After Peter and his team finally got down to what actually happened and started demanding evidence and forced them to show proof, well, the state offered the person who tried to frame me 2 years suspended sentence and probation. I was livid. Not only was I offered 5 years for a crime I did not do - I would have lost my livelihood because of the clearances needed for my job. I will always remember and be grateful for Mr. Aspesi and his staff. Our system sucks.
Highly not recommended. He is only concerned whether someone is a republican or democrat. He will likely refuse to represent democrats because he likely believes you are a criminal for just being a democrat. You probably pretty much have to wear a red hat to even talk to him. He’s will probably not be practicing law for much longer. If you are a pedophile, he will probably LOVE you since that could possibly be his favorite type of person.
Mr. Aspesi should be disbarred from ever practicing law(r). He refused to meet with me, never returned my calls and refused to look at my evidence. He yelled at me on the phone and clearly has an alcohol problem.Because of his ineptness as a lawyer and his blatant incompetence, I was put in handcuffs and leg shackles, forced into a psych ward with murderers, rapists, drug addicts and REAL criminals. At almost 69 I had to spend 20 days locked up with psychotic and schizophrenic patients, one of whom threatened to cut my head off my neck twice. Because of one blueberry and a lawyer who should not be allowed to practice law. Run as fast as you can from this ignoramus and find a lawyer who will truly represent YOU.
