Ms Ponthieu was slow in reacting to any queries that I had. I found her to not be nearly as competitive as her opponent, which results in poor inventiveness leading to fact finding. While all of this is based on hindsight, the worst facet of her representation was, in the end, she had no trust in me and had no wish to have any trust in me.
