I would have given zero stars of it were possible. Robert Turner and his staff are very incompetent. Ashley is rude, lazy, and unable to word a settlement agreement. Robert is arrogant and just as lazy as Ashley. Neither of them return calls or answer emails in any sort of timely manner. They botched my divorce case for a 3-month marriage to the point that it got dismissed due to inactivity. I paid $100 consultation fee even though the website says "free consolation", and another $1400 for the $1500 retainer in May of 2021. Ashley drafted one settlement agreement which was so unprofessional, poorly worded, and missing information that my ex would not agree to it. I sent several emails and called multiple times before getting any response from either of them about anything with my case. In early January 2022, I learned that my case had been dismissed on December 13, 2021 due to inactivity, meanwhile I was being told by Ashley and Robert that we were waiting for a court date.
